Refund policy
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- unopened
- in its original packaging
- in the same condition in which it was received
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- opened products
- used products
- final sale items
- items damaged after delivery by the customer
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
